In continuation of earlier advertisement vide Letter No. HSE/Apptt/113/2018/10474 dated 29th October. 2018 published in The Assam Tribune" Newspaper vide No. Janasanyog/D/6193/18, inviting applications from intending eligible Indian citizens as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India for filling-up of 59 posts of Grade-IV (Ward Boy, Ward Girl & Night Chowkider) In the remaining newly created Model Hospitals under the establishment of the Directorate of Health Services, Assam, It is further notified that, another 541 posts of Grade-IV(existing vacancies under the establishment of JLDHS of districts) added to the earlier advertised 59 posts of Grade-IV. 

It is for information of all intending candidates that, now the total number of posts of Grade-IV inviting applications, will stand at 600 (641+59)

                                  

The Intending candidates may submit applications online In the website of the Directorate of Health Services, Assam i.e. www.dhs.assam.gov.in with effect from 24-12-2018 to 02-01-2019 till midnight.

 1.  Sweeper (No of Posts: 114)

Educational Qualification: Class-VIII passed

Scale of Pay & Grade Pay: Rs.12000- Rs.37500 with Grade Pay of Rs.3900 

 2.  Peon (No of Posts: 410)

Educational Qualification: Class-VIII passed

Scale of Pay & Grade Pay: Rs.12000 - Rs.37500 with Grade Pay of Rs.3900 

 3.  Night Chowkider  (No of Posts:05)

Educational Qualification: Class-VIII passed

Scale of Pay & Grade Pay: Rs.12000 - Rs.37500 with Grade Pay of Rs.3900

4. Dark, Room Attendant (No of Posts: 02)

Educational Qualification: Class-VIII passed

Scale of Pay & Grade Pay: Rs.12000- Rs.37500 with Grade Pay of Rs.3900 

5.  Dhubi (No of Posts: 04)

Educational Qualification: Class-VIII passed

Scale of Pay & Grade Pay: Rs.12000- Rs.37500 with Grade Pay of Rs.3900

6. Cook (No of Posts: 06)

Educational Qualification: Class-VIII passed

Scale of Pay & Grade Pay: Rs.12000- Rs.37500 with Grade Pay of Rs.3900

How to apply: The candidates who have submitted applications in response to earlier advertisement need not submit application again in response to this addendum advertisement.

The last date for receiving application in response to this addendeum advertisement is 2nd of January, 2019 till midnight. 

All other conditions for submission of application will remain unchanged as published in earlier advertisement vide letter No. HSE/Apptt./113/2018/10474 dated 29th October, 2018.
